Lunch Program

Lunch Form Ordering Instructions

March Lunch form due no later than February 26th at 3:00.  If you would like a refund of lunch money from the snow days, please write a note to Adrianne.  Otherwise, lunch money from the snow days will be put towards enhancing the school in some way.

To complete on-line Excel form:

1)     Download form (right click on the excel attachment and save the form to your computer) by clicking here.

2)     Type in your child's last name, first name, grade, and your e-mail address in the highlighted spots at the top.

3)     Make your selections by typing an "X" in shaded box beside choice. (It must be an X)

4)     Once your X's have been entered, verify that your total at the bottom is correct.

5)     If you have additional kids you can just go to the bottom of the spreadsheet and right click on form 2 and follow instructions 2-4. You can do this for up to 6 kids.

6)     Now, save your file as your last name.

7)     E-mail the file to aleinbach@woodscharter.org or lunchprogram@woodscharter.org

8)     Write a check for your total to Woods PTSA and send your check with your child to school.

9)     Please make a copy of your lunch selections for the month so that you know what days your kids are eating.

To complete printed pdf form:

1)     Download form (right click on the excel attachment and save the form to your computer) by clicking here and print it.

2)     Write in your child's last name, first name, grade, and your e-mail address in the spots at the top.

3)     Make your selections by writing an "X" in shaded box beside choice.

4)     Once your X's have been entered, calculate your total at the bottom is correct.

5)     Write a check for your total to Woods PTSA and send your check and form with your child to school.
