  • If you would like to participate in a database to assist families in forming carpools for the 2010-2011 school year, please complete the form found at the following link and submit it online as soon as possible. A Woods volunteer will compile the submitted information into a sortable spreadsheet and will provide all participants with an electronic copy of the spreadsheet. Participating families can then use the information to make contact with one another in order to organize carpools.

  • With the fall season quickly approaching, it is important that every student athlete has a Sports Physical completed BEFORE they show up for tryouts and definitely before the teams’ practice sessions begin. There is a Sample Sports Physical form posted on the Woods website. Simply go to the Athletic section of the school’s website and click on the link in the right hand side of that page.   • Parents/Guardians will need to complete the “Medical Permission“ form for each child for the 2010/2011 school year. Please note any medications or allergies. In order to administer first aid and emergency care, these forms must be completed annually prior to the first day of school.
